Nonstop action. We will push you beyond Intermediate and introduce you to the delirious world of Sculpt. “Resistance” is key! Instructor approval required.

BEGINNER
For those new to Pilates, to the Tower, and to HSP.
We go slow enough to make sure you know how to move, but not so slow that you won’t get a great workout.

BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE
We still focus on the principles of Pilates -- concentration, control, centering, flow, precision and breath -- but move at a faster clip.

BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE PLUS
For Beginner/Intermediate AND Intermediate clients. A fast paced class with lots of Tower.

INTERMEDIATE
It is not a mat class, it is a Tower class. Pilates-designed equipment yields Pilates-designed bodies!

BABY: BEFORE AND AFTER
A prenatal and post-natal class. We'll help you stay in shape with the baby and recapture your shape after the baby. Taught by Sasha, mother to Zane.

DROP AND GIVE ME 30!
A 30-minute express bootcamp for those who need to workout around work. Abs, Arm springs, legs springs, teaser and you are cooked.

HUSTLE AND FLOW
For strong intermediate clients. We will rock your Pilates with this flow class set to music (Jan's mix only, of course)! No previous rock out experience required.

For beginner/intermediate clients. Come get your groove on with this flow class set to music (Jan's mix only, of course).

STAND AND DELIVER
Go deeper into the standing exercises of the classical Pilates repertoire to build total body strength and stamina with particular attention to posture, alignment and symmetry. Expect lots of challenging springs and balance work.

STEADY AND ROLL
If you've ever sat at a desk, this roller class is for you. We'll work on an unstable, rounded surface to really challenge your abs and then reward you with all-out roller attack on tight muscles.

KICKSTART
Can't make it any of the beginner classes or want an more in-depth introduction to Pilates? START with this customized workshop. We will cover the Pilates fundamentals and the Tower unit, and KICK you up to beginner/intermediate classes upon completion (subject to approval).

The first part of the workshop will concentrate on the mat exercises. We will work through each exercise individually, as well as approach the exercises as components of longer series, including the transitions. The second portion of the workshop will be devoted to the Tower unit. We will cover the execution of each exercise, as well as the correct set up of the Tower unit.
