Jan's signature class. For strong intermediate clients. We will rock your Pilates with this flow class set to music.
STAND AND DELIVER
Sasha's signature class. Go deeper into the standing exercises of the classical Pilates repertoire to build total body strength and stamina with particular attention to posture, alignment and symmetry.
STEADY AND ROLL
Megan's signature class. If you've ever sat at a desk, this roller class is for you. We'll work on an unstable, rounded surface to really challenge your abs and then reward you with all-out roller attack on tight muscles.
TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
TRX (Total body Resistance eXercise) is the perfect complement to Pilates. With the addition of an adjustable canvas strap to the Pilates Tower, you use your body weight for a resistance workout for every single muscle group. All levels welcome: how you angle your body determines how advanced a workout you receive. Total body. Total cardio. Total workout.
DROP AND GIVE ME 35!
A 35-minute express for those who need to workout in less time! Abs, Arm springs, legs springs, teaser and you are cooked.
For beginners, a speedy way into Pilates. 35 minutes of mat with weighted balls and magic circles, compressed into a turbo-class to build your core and teach you the fundamentals. Just a few of these and you'll be on your way to beginner-intermediate Tower classes. All other levels welcome - polish your mat routine and be in and out in 35 minutes!
